For  the  past  three years, CLSF has raised JD tuition charges —by 3  percent in 2022 ‑23, 5  percent in 2023 ‑24, and 5  percent in 2024 ‑25.

Feb 26, 2026 - The revised policy allows for tuition increases of up to 1 percentage point above inflation as long as the rate remains below the 5 percent cap. Beginning in 2027‑28, if the approved rate increase is less than the 5 percent cap, UC also may carry forward the unused portion and apply it in a future year (as long as the 5 percent cap is not exceeded each year).
