Oct 16, 2025 - Allocations in the 2025-26 budget included $13  million in 2025-26 for the OES California Wildfire Mitigation Grant Program, which provides financial assistance for wildfire resilience renovations. The budget reflects a corresponding reduction of $13  million General Fund that had originally been budgeted for the program in 2024-25.
