Sep 1, 2023 - The state ’s salary and salary-driven benefit costs for Unit 12 members is about $1.2  billion. Excluding health benefits, the agreement would increase Unit 12 compensation costs in 2023 ‑24 by $63  million, about 5  percent of current Unit 12 payroll costs.
