Nov 17, 2023 - The 2022 ‑23 budget package required at least 5  percent of children enrolled in State Preschool programs be children with disabilities in 2022 ‑23. This requirement was set to increase to 7.5  percent in 2023 ‑24 and 10  percent in 2024 ‑25 and future years.
