Apr 27, 2018 - Based on our discussions with CNA employers, a somewhat smaller number of CNAs work in other settings, such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and private homes. Statewide, CNAs earn an average of about $14 per hour working in a SNF, with CNAs typically earning somewhat more in hospitals.
