March 2021 data show continued rapid home price growth in both California and the rest of the country over the past year: the typical home in California has appreciated 11.2 percent since March 2020, somewhat above the national figure of 10.6 percent.

The withdrawal was made pursuant to the Governor ’s disaster declaration in response to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency and proclamation of a budget emergency on June 25, 2020.
