Mar 16, 2017 - If a school district runs Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs on the same site, the two programs at that site must be run for the same length of the day. Districts that want to operate a full ‑day Kindergarten and a part ‑day Transitional Kindergarten program on the same site must obtain a waiver from the State Board of Education.
