May 24, 2021 - The American Rescue Plan (ARP)Act. Signed into law on March  11, 2021, ARP allocated $195.3  billion to a Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund. States can use their allocation from this fund for a very broad set of uses at their discretion, which is stated to include, for example, investment in broadband infrastructure.
