Similarly, for State Preschool programs with lower QRIS ratings or no rating, the Governor proposes to allow classrooms taught by a teacher with a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential to operate with an adult ‑to ‑child ratio of 1:12 (rather than the 1:8 ratio currently required).
