Oct 23, 2020 - Additionally, in March  2020, the Governor issued an executive order which placed a 90-day suspension on the annual CAPI redetermination requirement. As a result, redeterminations scheduled for March, April, May and June 2020 were postponed 12 months and may not occur until the recipient ’s scheduled redetermination date in 2021.
