State Corrections: Response to COVID-19

May 8, 2020 - As of May 7 2020 there was 1 COVID-19 related inmate death and 447 confirmed cases of COVID-19 among inmates, including 23 inmates who have since recovered. In addition, self-reported data indicate that 169 staff members tested positive for COVID-19 (166 prison staff members and 3 staff members at juvenile facilities).
