In each of these months, Unit 6 members’ pay was reduced by between 4.62 percent and 13.86 percent.

Mar 21, 2024 - Specifically, the data suggest that the Secretary of State (SOS) has a vacancy rate of 49  percent. In fact, however, in 2022 ‑23, the average monthly vacancy rate for SOS was 27  percent. The SCO and SOS reported that the 49  percent vacancy rate was not correct and that it was the result of internal processing issues at SCO.

Jun 27, 2025 - During PLP 2025, Unit 12 members ’ pay would be reduced by 3  percent in exchange for five hours of PLP 2025 leave credit each month. After accounting for the 3  percent GSI provided by the agreement, the net effect of PLP 2025 would be to essentially hold employees ’ take-home pay flat relative to current levels.
