Feb 13, 2025 - Under the Governor ’s budget, total Proposition   98 funding for schools would be $18,935 per student in 2025 ‑26, an increase of $203 (1.1  percent) over the revised 2024 ‑25 level. As Figure  6 shows, school funding peaked following rapid increases in 2020 ‑21 and 2021 ‑22.
