The 2025-26 Budget: Community College Facilities

The vast majority of Proposition  51 funding has already been committed to specific projects, with the Chancellor ’s Office estimating that approximately $80  million remains available.

Update on Student Housing Assistance

May 7, 2024 - Of the 342 students who enrolled in the rapid rehousing program across the first two years of implementation, CSU reports that 173 students (51  percent) moved into permanent housing. CSU indicates it considers students to have moved into permanent housing once they are paying for their own housing independently from the program.
