The 2020-21 Budget: Governor’s Computer Science Proposals

Mar 10, 2020 - In 2018 ‑19, 40  percent of students met or exceeded standards in math, while 51  percent met or exceeded standards in English. In 2013, the state also adopted new standards for science. In 2018 ‑19, the first year students were tested based on the new science standards, only 30  percent of test takers met or exceeded standards.
