Mar 16, 2017 - The 2016 ‑17 Budget Act required CDE to revise the state ’s plan and submit a draft to the Legislature by February 1, 2017. In developing the revised plan, the budget act directed CDE to (1)  retain funding for R &Rs, LPCs, and licensing enforcement and (2)  prioritize the rest for QRIS.
