Jun 25, 2021 - In 2019, the Legislature ratified an MOU between the state and CAHP that was scheduled to be in place until June 30, 2023. PLP 2020 Agreement Extended Term of MOU to Either July 3, 2024 or 2025. On June 26, 2020, the state and CAHP reached an agreement to reduce state employee compensation costs.
