Feb 28, 2017 - For  2017 ‑18, the budget proposes nearly $3  billion from the General Fund for the state ’s share of SSI/SSP —an  increase of $55  million (1.9  percent) over estimated  2016 ‑17  expenditures. This increase would bring total program funding to $10.2  billion ($2.9  billion from the General Fund and $7.3  billion federal funds) in  2017 ‑18.
