Mar 5, 2025 - DDS required providers to complete a data collection survey by October 4, 2024 and then validate the submitted data in the Provider Directory in order to satisfy this performance metric. The department has been engaging in technical assistance with providers to clarify whether they have completed the necessary steps to enroll in the Provider Directory and receive the 10   percent of rates reserved for this metric.
