The increase has three components: (1) $600,000 to cover salary increases and inflationary pressure for existing services, (2) $125,000 to support a new Coaching and Induction Program for newly appointed chief business officials, and (3) $25,000 to develop a mentor program for aspiring chief business officials in small school districts.
