The administration estimates that these actions reduce estimated General Fund Medi-Cal costs by about $300  million in 2017 ‑18 and about $600  million in 2018 ‑19.

The budget provides $61 million for a 5 percent increase to the Standard Reimbursement Rate (SRR) starting July 1, 2015.
