The 2025-26 Budget: California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation

Feb 25, 2025 - Patients are supposed to be transferred to an APP within 72 hours of the referral, but no more than ten days after the referral and can generally stay up to 45 days. Currently, there are 489 APP beds, all of which are in state prisons.
