Nov 28, 2016 - In California, the most recent analysis released by CMS indicates that Medi –Cal spending on LTSS was over $14  billion total funds in the 2012 –13 federal fiscal year. This includes LTSS –related spending for the entire population served by Medi –Cal , including children, working –age adults, and seniors.
