Oct 2, 2024 - The Safe Drinking Water Pilot was established through the 2017-18 Budget Act , which appropriated about $4  million General Fund for pilot benefits. Benefit issuances began in March  2022. The pilot was originally scheduled to end in February 2023, subject to available funding.
