The 2025-26 Budget: California Student Aid Commission

Feb 28, 2025 - CCA specializes in the study of art, architecture, design, and writing. It  opened in Berkeley in 1907, relocated to Oakland in 1922, and opened a second campus site in San Francisco in 1996. Serving as a two ‑campus institution for more than two decades, CCA is currently transitioning down to a one ‑campus institution, retaining only its San Francisco site.

Mar 5, 2025 - As of this writing, we have not yet received this data. In addition, the program evaluation the state funded in 2022 ‑23 budget has not yet begun. The  Chancellor ’s Office indicates they are currently developing a request for proposals for this  evaluation.

The 2024-25 Budget: California State University

Feb 15, 2024 - As of this writing, 2024 ‑25 compensation increases have not yet been determined for three smaller unions, as well as non ‑represented employees. CSU estimates the cost of every 1  percent increase in its compensation pool for all employee groups in 2024 ‑25 would be $55  million ongoing.

Evaluation of the California Community College Teacher Credentialing Partnership Pilot Program

Mar 29, 2023 - Demonstrate basic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics, which can be done by passing the California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST). Demonstrate knowledge in the subject or subjects they intend to teach, which can be done by passing the California Subject Examinations for Teachers (CSET).

Assessing Community College Programs at State Prisons

Jul 1, 2024 - Students use the laptops to read, write, and submit assignments and can access them throughout the prison, including in the housing units. Students can also use desktop computers in some classrooms for similar purposes (whenever access is granted to that room).
