The 2019-20 Budget: Overview of the Governor's Budget

Overview of the 2017 Transportation Funding Package

Jun 8, 2017 - The current swap rate is 9.8  cents per gallon but will increase to 11.7  cents on July 1, 2017. Starting July 1, 2019, the funding package eliminates the swap tax and replaces it with a fixed excise tax of 17.3  cents per gallon —the rate in effect when the swap was created in 2010.

SB 1 Has Doubled Major Source of State Funding for Local Streets and Roads
