May 13, 2018 - The Governor proposes $3.3  million annually for Caltrans to pay for additional permits as part of its SB  1 workload. According to Caltrans, the proposed increase to obtain permits is proportional to the proposed increase in funding for state highway rehabilitation projects due to SB  1 —a 58  percent increase.
