Mar 1, 2021 - The mandate requires certain schools to stock 50  p ercent of restrooms with feminine hygiene products (defined as tampons and sanitary napkins) at all times at no cost to students. The mandate applies to schools that enroll any students from grades 6 ‑12 and have a student body where more than 40  p ercent of students are low income.
