Mar 14, 2017 - The agreement establishes a “goal ” that employees and the state each regularly contribute half of the normal costs by July 1, 2018. Specifically, the agreement requires the state and employees to contribute 1  percent of pay effective July 1, 2017 and 1.4  percent of pay effective July 1, 2018.
