Mar 5, 2025 - The project ’s current non-CCWIS claiming status now extends back to the beginning of federal fiscal year 2024 (beginning October 1, 2023), and will continue to reduce FFP for CWS-CARES IT project costs from 50  percent to 26.5  percent until ACF returns the project to its CCWIS claiming status and potentially allows retroactive claiming of costs at the higher FFP.
