Oct 21, 2022 - The proposed $18  million for CSU and UC would provide similar support for foster youth programs across CSU and UC campuses. Creates Foster Youth Tax Credit. Creates refundable $1,000 tax credit for young adults aged 18 through 25 who were foster youth at age 13 or older and are otherwise eligible for the California Earned Income Tax Credit.
