May 17, 2017 - While the Governor ’s proposed uses of Proposition  56 revenues within Medi-Cal in the May Revision proposal are generally consistent with the Governor ’s January budget proposal in terms of their paying for year-over-year program growth, there are several new areas within the existing Medi-Cal program where the Governor ’s May Revision proposes to allocate Proposition  56 revenues to pay for year-over-year growth.
