Oct 29, 2020 - On April 28, 2020, the Governor issued an executive order that shifted the 2020 ‑21 LCAP deadline from July 1, 2020 to December 15, 2020. However, budget trailer legislation eliminates the LCAP requirement for 2020 ‑21 and instead requires school districts, COEs, and charter schools to adopt a Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan by September 30, 2020.
